Business Development Officer Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 6PM (Tuesdays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Adtelligent is looking for a Business Development Officer who is capable of directing and overseeing Adtelligent’s projects, operations, objectives and initiatives. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for setting sales strategies, goals and executing them effectively as well as managing all projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:
01. Managing organization sales/projects by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
02. Promoting the organization and services
03. Understands our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
04. Assess individual performance of the team through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
05. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results
06. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
07. Responsible for the management of all projects
08. Communicate regularly with customers and management to discuss advertising project progress, status and issues if any
09. Responsible for setting targets and following up on them
10. Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure continuous business growth
11. Ensure on-time delivery and quality of advertisements to clients
12. Ensure timely advertising billing and payment for customers
13. Plan the advertising account activities such as identifying customers, managing resources, and setting deadlines.
14. Write pitch presentations and proposals
15. Present proposals to clients in meetings
16. Responsible for coming up with strategies and marketing campaigns for clients
17. Review scripts and proposals
18. Review target audiences
19. Write processes and KPIs for the general company

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-8 years working experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must have experience in a supervisory capacity
- Must have experience managing and maintaining exceptional customer relationships
- Must have Project Management and Sales experience
