
Advertising and Digital Campaigns Manager Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 6PM (Tuesdays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

advertising campaigns and well coordinated social media activities.

medium and large sized clients.
You must be exceptionally creative, organized and detail-oriented to help support our global,
regional, and local marketing activities.well-coordinated
● Office Hours - 10am to 6pm.
● Ability to travel for events, primarily on weekends, is required.
● May be required to work on weekends (campaign launches, optimizing new campaigns,
reviewing decks, client events), or on public holidays (events, time-sensitive government
bids).
Working Conditions
Commercial Marketing Strategist:
● Revenue Generation: develop online and physical marketing activities aligned with
Client’s Commercial Priorities and drive Marketing Performance through digital channels,
integrated marketing, lead generation and retail programs with meaningful KPIs.
● Customer Affinity: drive initiatives around social media engagement, thought leadership
and content direction.
● Content Audit: Assess content for quality, accuracy, and suitability as it relates to
production of Graphics, Videos provided by the Content department to match with social
media trends.
● Giveaway Management: source and distribute creative customer giveaways for clients,
including managing compliance approvals.
● Return on Investment: Formulate effective campaigns with the relevant stakeholders in
order to achieve the targeted return of investments from the implementation of these
strategies.
Digital Marketing Leadership:
● Performance Marketing: drive digital efforts across the marketing funnel to improve
awareness, consideration and purchase decisions. Hands-on management and
optimization of both paid and owned media channels such as search, display, content
and social.
● Campaign Optimization: Organise and host 3 meetings a week with the team to audit
stats and optimize campaign budgets.
● Engagement Management: increase video views rates and cost effective
communications to customers.
● Data Analytics: leverage data to drive meaningful insights and business outcomes.
● Story-telling: define, plan and execute content strategy driving the reach, relevance and
recognition of client brands.
● Inter-Organizational Synergy: collaborate with Sales, Operations and Video production to
drive the marketing of clients products and services and increase their market presence.
Marketing Efficiency Driver:
● Brand Custodian: ensure brand uniformity across all platforms for clients (e.g. social
media sites FB, Twitter, YouTube).
● Budget Management: manage client’s marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
● Trends and Adoption: stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in marketing and
influence early adoption.
● Cultural Impact: Develop a high-performance culture within the marketing team.
● Team Performance: Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual
performance.
● Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of
the marketing team to the achievement of objectives and targets.
● Continuously assess skills and competencies of the team against market trends and
ensure they stay abreast.
Management Reporting Duties:
● Facilitate team recruitment and termination activities.
● Conduct regular performance assessment of team members.
● Generation and analysis of client reports.
● Manage timely execution of tasks within the team.
● Produce weekly task management reports.
Inter-team Relations:
● Facilitate communication between team members and members of other teams.
● Foster supportive relations with other team leaders and management.
● Assist in conflict resolution between teams, with a focus on ensuring originating
problems are properly mitigated going forward.
● Assist other teams, team leaders and management where needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Skills and Competencies
● An MSc/MBA in Marketing, Operations Management, Economics or a related field with a
minimum of 3 years of experience or a Bsc/BA in a related field and a minimum of 5
years of experience in a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
● Have experience in marketing in retail, manufacturing, B2B or financial services.
● Academic pursuits in digital marketing are an asset (SEM, SEO, Social Media Marketing,
Analytics, etc.).
● Must have affinity for math and/or quantitative analysis.
● Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and business plans for all aspects of marketing.
● Experience in advertising, media planning and other aspects of communications.
● Proven track record of project management experience.

Compensation & Benefits
● Salary range: J$200,000 - $280,000 (NET) per month
