About Konnexx

Konnexx is a Caribbean telecommunications provider based in Kingston, Jamaica. It is Jamaica’s largest telecommunications provider, with over 400 employees in over 6 countries.

The problem

Konnexx was a behind-the-scenes provider for their primary client Digicel. They wanted to grow their customer base, and bring awareness of their brand to the wider Jamaican population. In addition, they wanted to shift to providing products that would benefit the Jamaican consumer, such as solar packages and Smart Home Solution.

Konnexx was faced with the problem that they had no recognition among businesses outside of Digicel, and no significant online presence, especially due to the absence of a website.

The solution

Adtelligent started working with Konnexx in September 2018 with the mission of changing their brand from behind-the-scenes to one at the forefront of persons’ minds.

We shot and promoted viral videos that showcased Konnexx’ services and highlighted Dean Nevers, CEO of Konnexx, as part of our viral series “CEO’s You Don’t Know”, seen by over 500,000 viewers.

In addition, we helped to grow their online presence by creating a world-class professional website and ran an online digital marketing campaign using their social media posts that reached over 1 million Jamaicans.

LinkedIn profiles were also created for all the staff using custom high-quality photographs shot by the team. The team also designed and edited the Konnexx Company profile that was used for promotional materials, on their website and linked to their social media.
