As the General Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, leading by example, and motivating employees through your active participation in the work. You will be working closely with employees to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Work hours: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 6PM (Tuesdays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including, but not limited to, finance, human resources, marketing and customer service
Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to all employees, ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their work
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans
Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure that the company operates within its financial constraints
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
Communicate regularly to the CEO, providing updates on the company's performance and progress towards its goals
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization
Lead team and project meetings, and maintain and coordinate operational calendar, including managing related communications
Required Skills:
Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing diverse teams and driving business growth
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong orientation and competence with digital reporting tools, including process and project management tools
Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and financial plans
Ability to think creatively, with a willingness to take calculated risks
Strong sense of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive organizational transformation
Qualifications:
MBA or Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing diverse teams and driving business growth
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Any additional, relevant certificates and qualifications should be submitted
