Once we've begun, we kick off with a 30-minute discovery call to gather your branding, content, and functional requirements. You'll receive the outline of the questions for discussion after purchase.
We then design and build your site—typically within 4–12 weeks depending on the package you select—and perform device testing, SSL setup, and SEO indexing. Once live, you’ll receive a user guide and access to our support team for any post-launch tweaks during your included support window.
Will my website use a template, and what if I don’t like the style?
We start with a fully branded, flexible template framework that you can preview in two custom mockups of the final design for your approval. For those who want a completely custom website, you can reach out to us on our contact page.
You get up to five rounds of design revisions to ensure every element (layout, colors, fonts) matches your vision for your website.
Do I fully own the website after it’s built, or do I have to keep paying for hosting or management?
You retain 100% ownership of all design, content, and custom code from launch day. Hosting and management are optional after your initial included period—you’re free to manage the specifics of your hosting plan post launch. We will also include 1 year of hosting free of charge (a $328 USD value).
How are payments managed on my website after launch, especially with Adpay?
Adpay integrates your site directly with First Atlantic Commerce’s (FAC) payment gateway so all transactions—authorizations, captures, voids, and refunds—route securely to your FAC Merchant Account without manual intervention. This means that payments will also be transferred directly to your bank account, without passing through an intermediary payment processing gateway.

Yes—every e-commerce site we build comes pre-integrated with our Adpay Payment Plugin. It leverages FAC’s API, never stores cardholder data on your site or our servers (fully PCI DSS compliant), and supports multi-currency processing for JMD, USD, and more. Adpay ensures your payments stay within your domain, avoiding custom redirects to.
I already have a website—why should I consider switching to this one?
If your current site isn’t optimized for local payment processing, you could be losing sales. Our Adpay integration ensures seamless, secure checkouts tailored for the Caribbean market, while our landing-page packages boost SEO, mobile performance, and user experience—turning more visitors into customers.
Can I upgrade my plan in the future if my needs change?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time; we’ll prorate your remaining credit toward the new package and extend your support window accordingly.

Yes—you may downgrade. Just note that premium features tied to higher tiers (e.g., product limits, advanced FAQs) will no longer be available, and we’ll assist you in migrating your content seamlessly.
Can I make adjustments to my website after it’s built?
You’ll have full CMS access to update text, images, and products. For design-level changes or new features, we offer affordable hourly support blocks or monthly maintenance plans—whichever suits you best.
Who is responsible for purchasing the domain name?
You’re welcome to purchase your own domain. If you prefer, we can handle domain registration and DNS setup on your behalf at cost—simply let us know, and we’ll include “Connection of Existing Domain & DNS Setup” in your package.
Who pays for website hosting once the initial setup is complete?
Hosting is included for the duration of your package (4–12 weeks) + 1 Year Included Hosting* (a $328 USD value) and *1 Year Domain Registration (approx ~$10 - 20 USD). After that, you can continue hosting with us at cost or migrate to your own provider—either way, you control the hosting account and payments. *These benefits are available on the plans for the Standard and Advanced website plans
How many design revisions or "changes” are included?
In all our website packages, we provide up to three full rounds of design revisions during the build phase. Each round allows you to request layout tweaks, style adjustments (colors, fonts, imagery), or content realignments. After launch, your included support window (4–8 weeks, depending on package) covers unlimited small fixes—think wording tweaks, image swaps, or minor layout updates—at no extra cost.

Yes. Once your site goes live, you’ll receive:
