Tilopay offers products for the most frequent needs of businesses when collecting money from their customers through digital platforms. In minutes, you can make a single digital affiliation to process online payments with any of our solutions to integrate platforms, generate payment links and make recurring charges.

Will my store be able to receive international transactions?
Yes, Tilopay allows you to receive payments from clients abroad with VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

In which countries is this service available?
Our services are available to all the countries of Central America, and the Caribbean.

Does Adpay offer an end-to-end payfac solution in all countries?

No, Tilopay currently provides an end-to-end payfac solution only in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Panama. For users in other countries, affiliation with one of the banks integrated with Tilopay will be necessary before they can use its services. While Tilopay can handle the handshaking with the FAC, it's important to note that the merchant will still require a direct relationship with the bank to process payments.

What currencies can my site process with Adpay?
Our platform allows you to process payments with more than 90 different currencies, including all the local currencies of the Central American and Caribbean countries, USD and EUR.

Can I send email marketing campaigns?
Absolutely! You'll have the capability to send up to 200 marketing and automated emails per month. Should you require a higher monthly email limit, you can easily upgrade your Wix email marketing plan.

What reporting functionality will my Wix site offer?

Your Wix site will offer comprehensive reporting on analytics, visitor behavior, conversions, email marketing, SEO performance, app/forms, and social media. You can customize reports to make data-driven decisions.
