Work hours: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 6PM (Tuesdays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Brand Identity Management: Develop, maintain, and ensure consistency in our visual identity across various media and platforms.
Innovative Design Creation: Be confident in the conceptualization, design, and production of visual content for diverse media. This includes interactive graphics like GIFs, motion graphics, high-quality graphics, logos, posters and other visual elements.
AI Integration in Design: Utilize AI tools for optimizing visuals and assisting in creative ideation, ensuring cutting-edge design solutions.
Design Tool Mastery: Expertise in a wide range of design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Canva, and emerging AI design tools.
Project Management: Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and digital marketing.
Required Skills/Traits:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating and designing visual content
Excellent communication, teamwork and project management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in graphic design and media production
Minimum Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Must be available full-time
Any additional, relevant certificates and qualifications should be submitted
