What we're looking for
Along with their production lead, the Senior Digital Producer will be at the heart of all interactive projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining brand integrity and adhering to global strategy. This position acts as a link between creative development, media, and deliverable production.
This individual will be responsible for developing strong relationships with account management, media agencies, and vendors. This role's primary responsibility is to ensure that your projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality and excellence possible.
The Senior Digital Producer is organised, proactive, and personable. A flexible, can-do attitude, as well as a general interest in the digital advertising space, are required.
Assist lead producers in communicating project information to the team, such as status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting notes.
Production timeline development, estimate creation, financial and budget oversight, vendor management, work review/approval meetings, and internal resource management
Supervise teams and resolve production issues as they arise.
Production teams' creative assets are coordinated, tracked, and delivered.
Maintain and organize all project artifacts for each production.
All final deliverables must be checked for quality.
Oversee creation of purchase orders, track invoices, and work with accounts payable to ensure vendor payment
Conduct exploratory technical and creative research as needed.

Who will thrive in this role
At least 2+ years experience in interactive marketing or advertising including but not limited to a Bachelors Degree in Communications, Integrated Marketing Communication, Journalism or Marketing.
Proven experience in Project Management
Must be able to create and manage timelines in order to successfully deliver productions on-time and on-budget
An interest and experience in media, developing client relationships, and all things digital
Strong organizational mindset and problem-solving skills; ability to escalate issues and continually find solutions despite obstacles
Must be familiar with rich media standards, online advertising protocols and strategies, and popular social platforms (IG, TikTok, SnapChat)
