
Adtelligent is looking for a Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the CEO and other departments. This role requires a "jack of all trades" approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges as they arise. You will be a key member of the operations team, supporting the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all activities are compliant with relevant procedures and regulations.

Work hours: Mon-Fri: 10 AM - 6PM (Tuesdays, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Support management of the CEO’s email, calendar and phone calls
Handle all financial and human resources documentation, discussions, processes with absolute confidentiality and respect
Analyze various types of problems and create suitable and effective solutions
Review existing processes and advise improvements or new processes
Provide administrative support to all departments, such as invoicing, presentation, expense claim, and other activities
Effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, fellow employees and management
Prepare operational and financial reports for CEO
Support the ongoing efforts of the company to improve, simplify, and automate processes

Qualifications:
1-2 years relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Must have 6-8 Grade 1’s in CSEC
Must be available full-time
